  4. Will, I am related to the Goodhues (William Goodhue and Hannah Dane) through my connection to the Dane family of Ipswich, Massachusetts. I am descended from the juror, John Dane (1645-1707), who was a nephew to Elizabeth (Dane) Howe and the Rev. Francis Dane of Andover. Thus, he was a cousin to James Howe Jr. [husband to accused witch Elizabeth (Jackson) Howe] and to the Rev. Dane's children [Elizabeth (Dane) Johnson, Nathaniel Dane, Hannah (Dane) Goodhue, Phoebe (Dane) Robinson, Abigail (Dane) Faulkner, and Lt. Francis Dane Jr.]. My email address is crean.walter@yahoo.com and I also go on Facebook as Walter Crean if you ever go on Facebook.

  5. I am related to Sgt. Joseph Goodhue and to his first wife, Abigail (Lowe) Goodhue. My ancestor, John Dane (1645-1707), was a juror during the 1692 Salem witchcraft trials and a cousin to Joseph's mother Hannah (Dane) Goodhue. Another ancestor, Anna (Lowe) Goodhue, was the second wife to John's youngest son, Nathaniel Dane (1691-1760) and mother another ancestor Elizabeth (Dane) Adams (1718-1799).
